Payment Terms & Conditions

• Prices are accurate as at 26 February 2007 and are subject to accommodation availability and increases as they occur.
• The non-refundable deposit of $500 is payable upon booking to secure your place
  • Your login details will be emailed to you once your payment is confirmed. This gives you access to the Our Spirit Member's Homepage. From here just follow the step by step instructions in preparation for this adventure. Members have access to the online individualized training program as well as other important information about this adventure. 
  • A product disclosure booklet on the complimentary travel insurance along with application forms will be sent to you upon confirmation of your deposit to be completed and returned to Our Spirit for processing.
• Full payment must be received on or before 30 October 2008. 
• Payments received after the due date will incur a penalty fee of $150 per participant.

Fee variation: 

• prices subject to increases in accommodation
• Fuel costs are calculated at current rates. Significant price increases in fuel are incorporated at the time of final payment – 60 days prior to the event.

Cancellation:

Cancellation by client is required in writing and:

• if received before 29 October 2008, a refund of the tour less 25% will be issued within 14 days.
• if received between 30 October 2008 and 29 November 2008, a refund of the tour fee less 50% will be issued within 14 days. 
• if received after 30 November 2008, no refund will be issued.

Rescheduling of the tour:

• If minimum participant numbers (ie 15 participants) are not met by 30 September 2008, this adventure may be transferred to alternate dates up to 2 months prior to the original departure date without penalty.
