Aidan Grimes met with the Major General Michael Jefferies at the 2nd 14th Battalion Reunion luncheon held in Brisbane
Major General Michael Jefferies and Aidan Grimes were guest speakers at the annual 2nd 14th Battalion Reunion. Aidan Grimes delivered an inspiring speech on the Kokoda values of mateship, courage, sacrifice and endurance that he believes are the success factors for all Australian to embrace in honour of the legacy created by the diggers of Kokoda. Aidan's talk was followed by the recent Governor General, and Assn Patron, Mr Jefferies, who gave a comprehensive account of the Kokoda Campaigns.
