The Federal Minister for Education, Dr Kemp has congratulated Vodafone and the other corporate sponsors in their support for the Extreme Corporate Challenge.

“The Federal Government continues to encourage creativity in corporate philanthropy. This is indeed a unique event and an excellent example of how large organisations can get together for a great cause,” the Minister said Andrew Bissex, Managing Director of Vodafone Australia, will be one of the participants in the Vodafone Extreme Corporate Challenge.

“This is an opportunity for us to get out from behind our desk, work up a sweat, and hopefully make a difference to the lives of young people in this country. Youth suicide is a growing tragedy, particularly in rural and regional Australia, and I am proud to be involved in an activity that seeks to prevent it,” said Mr Bissex.
