Your original booking, which included international flights to Port Moresby Ex-Sydney return, has changed.
Air Niugini advise us they can no longer service the departure from Sydney to Port Moresby on 15April due to this aircraft being stuck in Hong Kong, awaiting parts. They had hoped the aircraft would be available for the April schedule, however due to the challenges being faced by the Coronavirus, they are currently unable to complete repairs with no confirmed released date.
Therefore, Our Spirit have arranged a domestic flight with Virgin Australia from Sydney to Brisbane for your group as per the schedule below:

Please note the change in time from the initial 0900 quoted for the Air Niugini flight.
Our Spirit staff will meet the group on arrival at Brisbane domestic terminal and take them promptly on the shuttle bus across to the International terminal, ready for group check-in for the Air Niugini flight to Port Moresby.

Tickets for the domestic flight will be emailed to participants approximately 1 week prior to departure. The tickets for your international flight, including the flight to Popondetta on 16 April, will be retained by your trek leader, Aidan Grimes for the group check-in from Brisbane 15 April.
Group numbers are now confirmed at 39 participants. Despite the additional costs associated with these unforeseen flight changes, we are pleased to be able to offer an individual discount of $940 per person (only $100 more than the proposed discount).
An invoice for your final payment will be emailed to you next week. Please note, your payment is strictly due before 16 March, so we can meet our commitments with the airline and hotel to secure your travel arrangements.
